Kalamitsa beach,Kavala 

Sun in my eyes. Couldn't resist to a day like this so I decided to go running at the beach.

Εκει εξω υπαρχουν καποιοι που κυνηγάνε το "μεγαλο" ψαρι , διαλεγοντας να μεινουν νυστικοι και αδιστακτοι μεχρι να πιασουν στα διχτυα τους αυτο που τοσο επιθυμουν. Υπαρχουν ωστοσο και καποιοι που ικανοποιουν την "πείνα" τους με πολλα μικρα ψαρακια ωστε να εχουν αρκετη δυναμη να καταφερουν το μεγαλο ψαρι που ειναι και ο απώτερος σκοπος τους. Και αν παραπέμπουν ολα αυτα σε αλλη μια κατηγοριοποιηση της σειρας, ενημερωνω πως υπαρχουν και οι πεινασμένοι, οι πολυ πεινασμενοι και άπραγοι,οι οποιοι επιθυμούν τοσο ενα μικρο οσο και ενα μεγαλο ψαρι,χωρις ομως να κανουν κατι ουσιαστικο για να το αποκτήσουν.
Αληθεια,εσυ τι αναζητάς;

Have you ever pictured a baker with a very messy apron on?of course you have since that is probably one of the most stereotypical look of a baker. What about the same baker with eyebrows furrowed together with an annoyed grimaced face? I bet you picture Gordon Ramsay right now with his mouth that spits out curse words that would put Eminem s song into shame.
Well,you better start picturing that baker is me.

Recipe

Y need...
2 cups all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
10 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 cup sugar(I prefer Stevia)
1 bitter chocolate
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Do it!
Put a rack in the center of the oven and preheat over 180°C
Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and set aside.
Sift together flour,baking powder and salt into a bowl,set aside.
Melt together butter with chocolate and beat together with sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer at medium-high speed until pale and fluffy,about 3mins.
Beat in eggs,one at a time beating for 1min in betwen each addition.
Beat in vanilla.
Reduce speed to low and add floor mixture.
Bake at  180°C for 15to16mins or until the cakes a pick inserted in the center of the cakes comes out clean
Let cool for 10mis then remove cupcakes from muffin tin and let cool on a wire.

The morning sky was grey and a couple of hot air balloons dotted the skyline like bubbles suspended in Kavala.I took a deep breath of chill air and began my run,feeling the usual catch in my knee for the first several paces and jolts through my legs as my shoes hit the pavement.My cheeks were soon rubbed raw by the icy air moving past and my breath was ragged for the first twenty paces.Then i hit my stride and everything fell into a rythm.The sun lit up the eastern horizon,creating a halo of light over Thaso's Mountain.It was good to be home,with its dry air and broad,flat sky.Brown ,open fields stretched on either side of the road.

BEAUTY IS A SINGLE TEAR,SHED FOR SOMEONE DEARLY MISSED.

Homies 2014.

I'm totally obsessed with these scented candles from @Ralf Lauren .You can choose from a variety of them, I chose "Holiday wreath"(red one) which I totally adore for winter nignts because it smells like cinammon mixed with vanilla , the other one I chose is "Tropical punch" (the blue one) which smells like lime,orange,mango and make me feel refreshed , clean and brand new ! I strongly recommend these absolutely gorgeous candles for your house or your room , it is a way to change your "aura"! 

Lastly, you would probably feel curious to know what's on that bag.....it's the special candle I bought for my MateV  cause I'm aware that she adores scented candles as much as I do!
