Bon appétit


Late.summer.cucumber.soup



Ingredients
 1 cucumber
Pumpkin (small)
1 onion (small)
1 tsp lemon
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp olive oil
1 vegetable broth (knorr)
sea salt and freshly ground red&black pepper 
HOW TO DO IT 

To prepare for this, chop the cucumber into chunks (thankfully no need to peel) and the same with the pumpkin. Boil for 5min the pumpkin.Slice the spring onion (including the green part.Add the cucumber slices,the pumpkin slices,the onion,lemon,balsamic vinegar,olive oil,salt&pepper and the vegetable broth into the Mix.Then, put the soup on the fridge for 6-7 minutes and it's ready!
