Have you ever pictured a baker with a very messy apron on?of course you have since that is probably one of the most stereotypical look of a baker. What about the same baker with eyebrows furrowed together with an annoyed grimaced face? I bet you picture Gordon Ramsay right now with his mouth that spits out curse words that would put Eminem s song into shame.
Well,you better start picturing that baker is me.

Recipe

Y need...
2 cups all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
10 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 cup sugar(I prefer Stevia)
1 bitter chocolate
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Do it!
Put a rack in the center of the oven and preheat over 180°C
Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and set aside.
Sift together flour,baking powder and salt into a bowl,set aside.
Melt together butter with chocolate and beat together with sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer at medium-high speed until pale and fluffy,about 3mins.
Beat in eggs,one at a time beating for 1min in betwen each addition.
Beat in vanilla.
Reduce speed to low and add floor mixture.
Bake at  180°C for 15to16mins or until the cakes a pick inserted in the center of the cakes comes out clean
Let cool for 10mis then remove cupcakes from muffin tin and let cool on a wire.
