The recipe
You will need
60gr olive oil
70gr icing sugar
60gr orange juice
1 tbsp orange zest
200gr flour
1 tbspn baking powder
How to do them
In a bowl mix the olive oil,the orange juice and the orange zest.Then add the floor,the baking powder and mix them well.
Let dough in the fringe for half an hour.
Mold the type of cookies you like.I chose to do braids of 5cm.
Bake for 20mins in a pre-heated oven (170C).
